Disclosed is the ocular muscle training apparatus comprising: a main body in which a front surface through hole and a rear surface through hole with a goggles shape are formed at the frond side and the rear side, respectively to enable both eyes of a wearer to keep eyes forward； a watch guide for inducing the eye line of the wearer to the front by being installed at the rear through hole of the main body； a concave lens fixing holder and a convex lens fixing holder installed at the front of the watch guide； a watch guide distance control module for controlling a distance between the watch guides by moving the watch guide, the concave lens fixing holder, and the convex lens fixing holder to the side of the main body by connecting the front surface through hole of the main body to the rear surface through hole directly； and a convex lens operation module for operating the convex lens fixing holder between the front surface through hole and the concave lens fixing holder by being installed inside the main body. Therefore, anybody regardless of age and sex can use the ocular muscle training apparatus because the people can adjust the distance between the watch guide along a distance between the eyes of the wearer and a distance between the eye of the wearer and the concave lens.
