PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for the treatment or prevention of respiratory distress syndrome (RDS) in prematurely born babies, or for the treatment or prevention of other diseases related to the deficiency or dysfunction of a surfactant.SOLUTION: A reconstituted surfactant includes a lipid carrier, a polypeptide analogue of the native surfactant protein SP-C, and a polypeptide analogue of the native surfactant protein SP-B. Also, the pharmaceutical composition and the use of the same for the treatment and prevention of RDS and other respiratory disorders are provided.【課題】未熟児における呼吸窮迫症候群（ＲＤＳ）の処置もしくは予防のための、またはサーファクタントの欠乏もしくは機能不全に関係する他の疾患の処置もしくは予防のための組成物の提供。【解決手段】脂質担体、ネイティブなサーファクタントタンパク質ＳＰ－Ｃのポリペプチドアナログ、およびネイティブなサーファクタントタンパク質ＳＰ－Ｂのポリペプチドアナログを含む再構成サーファクタント。かつその薬学的組成物、ならびにＲＤＳおよび他の呼吸器障害の処置または予防のためのその使用。【選択図】なし
