PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granule scattering device for scattering a granular material and capable of preventing the device from being mixed with muddy water or the like, when the granular material is discharged from the device, and performing said discharging operation simply.SOLUTION: A delivery case 21 is equipped with an injection hole 38, an exhaust passage 40 and a partition member 35. From the injection hole 38, let-off seeds are discharged toward the ground surface. The exhaust passage 40 discharges the seeds left in a seed inflow space 34 of the delivery case 21, from a position different from the injection hole 38. At a position over the exhaust passage 40, the partition member 35 blocks the inflow of the seeds in the seed inflow space 34 of the delivery case 21 into the exhaust passage 40.
