The invention provides a stable immunogenic composition for prevention and prophylaxis of infections caused by rota virus, poliomyelitis virus, Haemophilius influenza, Hepatitis B, Corynebacterium diphtheriae, Clostridium tetani, Bordatella pertusis (acellular) in a single combined vaccine. The invention also provides for a bivalent immunogenic composition against rota virus and polio virus. The process of making such compositions of the multivalent antigens are also disclosed. The present invention also relates to the production and use of such vaccines for prophylaxis against the infections mentioned aboveL'invention concerne une composition immunogène stable de prévention et de prophylaxie d'infections causées par le rotavirus, la poliomyélite, le bacille de Pfeiffer, l'hépatite B, la diphtérie, le bacille tétanique, la coqueluche (acellulaire) dans un vaccin combiné unique. L'invention concerne également une composition immunogène bivalente contre le rotavirus et la poliomyélite. Le procédé de préparation de ces compositions d'antigènes multivalents est également décrit. Cette invention concerne enfin la production et l'utilisation de ces vaccins dans la prophylaxie contre les infections susmentionnées.
