There is provided a makeup cosmetic comprising component (A) consisting of a partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane polymer containing a long-chain alkyl； component (B) consisting of a partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane polymer other than the component (A)； component (C) consisting of silicone oil； component (D) consisting of one or two or more types of liquid oils selected from the group consisting of hydrocarbon oils and/or ester oils； and component (E) consisting of powder.
