The present invention relates to a bacterial formulation in plant fiber materials and may be used by incorporating the formulation into soil and seed treatment, as well as in nutrient solution in hydroponic systems, to promote plant growth and / or biological disease control. preferably the formulation of the present invention utilizes coconut fiber.
