PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence with a net stretched for guarding so that a vine grown from a creeping plant grown on a slope face of a road does not intrude into a sidewalk surface or a roadway surface of a road.SOLUTION: A fence 1 is at least provided with a column 4 and an upper crosspiece 5 at the top edge serving as a handrail, and a net 2 is fixed to the column and the upper crosspiece through two kinds of fasteners. One fastener 9 has an U-shaped bolt 11, a fixing plate 12 and a nut 13 and is attached to the column 4 by the fixing plate 12 while the U-shaped bolt is inserted in a mesh 8 of the net 2. The other fastener 10 has a shape that tips of both circular arc parts 15 and 15 in a nearly hemicycle shape are connected by joint parts 16 and 16, and the circular arc parts 15 and 15 are fitted to the upper crosspiece 5 so that the upper edge part of the net 2 is held and fastened, and moreover the lower end 3 of the net 2 is bent and extended to the slope side to be fixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】 道路の法面に生育するツル性植物から伸びるツルが道路の歩道面又は車道面に侵入しないようにガードする為にネットを張着したフェンスの提供。【解決手段】 フェンス1は少なくとも支柱4とその上端には手摺りとなる上桟5を有し、ネット2は2種類の固定具を介して支柱と上桟に固定した構造とし、一方の固定具9はU形ボルト11と固定板12及びナット13を有してU形ボルトをネット2の網目8に挿通すると共に固定板12にて支柱4に取付け、他方の固定具10は概略半円形の両円弧部15,15の先端を繋ぎ部16,16にて連結した形状とし、円弧部15,15を上桟5に嵌めることでネット2の上縁部を挟み込んで固定し、さらにネット2の下端部3を折り曲げて法面側へ延ばして固定している。【選択図】 図1
