PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garment with a pocket exclusive to a stoma for an artificial anus which also reduces a bad smell and prevents leakage.SOLUTION: A garment with a pocket exclusive to a stoma is a slip 6 comprising a face fabric 1 and a lining fabric 2 and having shoulder parts 7. A housing part 3 for housing a stoma bag 5 is provided inside the lining fabric 2, and the horizontal center of the housing part 3 is located in the vicinity of the navel part of the user of the stoma bag 5.
