PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microneedle array including a sheet part and a needle part and capable of achieving a high degree of medicinal efficacy.SOLUTION: Provided is a microneedle array comprising a sheet part 116 and a plurality of needle parts 112 present on an upper surface of the sheet part. The needle parts contain a water soluble polymer and a medicament and 50 mass% or more of the total solid content of the needle parts is the water soluble polymer.
