CPR systems that provide guidance to a CPR provider are presented. Contemplated CPR systems include sensors that collect a victims biometric data during CPR. The data is processed by an electronic assembly which provides feedback to the CPR provider. The electronic assembly can be packaged within a cranio-cervical extension device having language independent instructions encoded on a surface of the device.
