To propose a well-drained green parking lot and open space where a feeling of openness can be obtained from a lawn that is not present in a conventional green parking lot and open space.SOLUTION: The present invention is a green parking lot and open space having excellent drainage in which is arranged a block pavement part having a pavement block with a water-permeable hole, and a lawn green space having a lawn surface covered with metal reinforcements.
