PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissipate heat from LEDs certainly and sufficiently as well.SOLUTION: The rope light 1 includes a rope body 11 made of a resin material and formed in a rope shape, a flexible substrate 12 arranged inside the rope body 11, a plurality of LEDs 13 arranged on one main face 12a of the flexible substrate 12 inside the rope body 11 along an extension direction of the rope body 11, and a water passage arranged on the other main face 12b of the flexible substrate 12 along the extension direction inside the rope body 11 for passing cooling water to dissipate heat of the LEDs 13.
