The present invention relates to a natural gait treatment device having a possible gait timing linkage assembly. In an embodiment, an adjustable gait timing linkage assembly includes a chain sprocket configured to adjust the degree of heel lift and the length to the heel lift point during normal gait simulation. In some embodiments, the stride adjustment assembly can adjust the stride to accommodate different sized users. The stride adjustment assembly can advantageously contribute to the simulation of natural walking patterns.
