A bioacoustic signal and a biosignal are detected more accurately than conventionally. A sound and vibration information collecting mechanism 10 includes a first layer 11, a second layer 12, and a third layer 13. In the second layer 12, a natural oscillator 122 having a predetermined natural frequency is disposed. When sound and vibration information of the back of the trunk is inputted, the natural oscillator 122 vibrates with the natural frequency, and the sound and vibration information of the back of the trunk is combined with the vibration of the natural oscillator 122 to be emphasized. A resonance carrier (RC) generated as a result of the combination is the emphasized sound and vibration information of the back of the trunk and can be captured as a distinct signal. A biosignal with several Hz or lower, such as APW or heartbeat, found from the resonance carrier has an increased gain, which enables more accurate extraction of the biosignal.
