PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medical adhesive plaster in which a support is easily peeled off from a base material without pulling up the base material pasted to a wound surface, and which is prevented from being stuck with dirt or dust, and enables a release paper to be peeled off from the base material in a simple manner.SOLUTION: The medical adhesive plaster includes: the base material made of a plastic film or a foil a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided on one surface of the base material the release paper pasted on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer the support composed of two plastic films which are made to abut on each other at a position of a predetermined length from one end with respect to the longitudinal direction of the base material and which are pasted to the other surface of the base material in a re-releasable manner except the abutting portion, the longer one of the two plastic films having stronger adhesive power to the base material than the shorter one and a support peeling-off piece where an adhesive plastic tape of a desired width is pasted onto the abutting part of the support and which has an extra length portion extended beyond the terminal of the shorter plastic film of the support.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】創傷面に貼付した基材を引き起こすことなく支持体を基材から容易に剥離できしかも保管時において絆創膏から汚れやゴミの付着を防止でき、かつ離型紙が基材より簡単に剥がれる医療用絆創膏を得る。【解決手段】プラスチックフィルム又は箔からなる基材と、基材の一方の面に設けられた感圧性接着剤層と、感圧性接着剤層上に貼着された離型紙と、基材の長手方向に対して一方の端部から所定の長さの位置で突き合わされかつこの突き合わせ部を除いて再剥離可能に基材の他方の面に貼着されている2枚のプラスチックフィルムからなる支持体であって、2枚のプラスチックフィルムのうち長い方が短い方より基材に対して強い粘着力を有する支持体と、支持体の突き合わせ部上に所望幅の粘着プラスチックテープを貼り合わせ、支持体の短い方のプラスチックフィルムの端末部を越えて延長された余長部分を有する支持体剥離片とを備えることを特徴とする医療用絆創膏。【選択図】図1
