The invention relates to a dental instrument with a mirror that is fixed onto the dental microscope, which can be manipulated during dental procedures. According to the invention, the instrument comprises three segments: an upper metallic segment (A) in the shape of a truncated cone, having at its end a threaded portion (1) allowing it to be fixed into the casing of a dental microscope, a second segment (B) consisting of a flexible coiled metallic tube (2) of the gooseneck type, having a sleeve - clip (3) at its middle, and a third segment (C) which is a metallic rod (4) provided at its distal end with a dental mirror (5) having a U-shaped loop (6) in the medial part, the three segments (A, B and C) being assembled by two attachment sleeves (7 and 8) and secured with screws (9 and 10).Invenţia se referă la un instrument stomatologic cu oglindă, fixat pe microscopul stomatologic, care poate fi manevrat în timpul procedurilor stomatologice. Instrumentul conform invenţiei este constituit din trei segmente: un segment (A) superior metalic, de formă tronconică, ce are la un capăt o porţiune (1) filetată, cu ajutorul căreia se poate fixa în carcasa unui microscop stomatologic, un al doilea segment (B) este format dintr-un tub (2) flexibil metalic, spiralat, de tip gât de lebădă, având la mijloc un manşon-clips (3), al treilea segment (C) este o tijă (4) metalică, prevăzută, la capătului ei distal, cu o oglindă (5) dentară, având, în partea ei mediană, o buclă (6) în formă de U, cele trei segmente (A, B şi C) fiind asamblate cu ajutorul a două manşoane (7 şi 8) de prindere, şi asigurate cu nişte şuruburi (9 şi 10).
