The present invention relates to a rod-insertion unleaded noctilucent fishing weight which serves as an alternative given that a leaded fishing weight currently used in fishing is harmful to the environment and health and becoming completely banned to use domestically and internationally. The unleaded noctilucent fishing weight comprises: a circular groove part (10) by which a rod core (2a) and a pipe core (2b) are inserted into separated bodies (Aa, Ab) constituting a weight (A) a coupling protrusion (5b) by which the upper and lower separated bodies (Aa, Ab) are coupled and fused with the inserts thereof being inserted and circular penetration holes (6a, 6b) into which a fishing line is inserted, and which are arranged to face each other.
