PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring cap having improved convenience by diversification of modes of taking out the contents.SOLUTION: In a measuring member 5, a stock chamber 24a stocking the contents having passed through a communication hole part 11a is formed, and a slide member 6 is engaged in a freely slidable way in the slide hole part 5a between a stocking position in which the stock chamber 24a and the communication hole part 11a are communicated together and the communication between the stock chamber 24a and a take-out hole part 22a is blocked, and a take-out position in which the stock chamber 24a and the take-out hole part 22a are communicated together and the communication between the stock chamber 24a and the communication hole part 11a is blocked.
