The present invention provides a seedling transplanter which has an advantage of no easy soil adhesion between a seedling bracket and a lower end of a seedling carrying platform. The seedling transplanter is provided with the seedling carrying platform (80) which moves in a left-and-right direction of the seedling bracket (81) at an upper side of the seedling bracket (81) for supporting the ends of seedlings and supplies seedlings to a seedling outlet (78). The lower part of the seedling carrying platform (80) is provided with a scraper (29). The scraper (29) which contacts with the seedling bracket (81) is provided with grooves (29a). When the seedling carrying platform (80) moves in the left-and-right direction, the scraper (29) can easily remove the soil which adheres to the seedling bracket (81). Through settling the grooves on the scraper, even the soil is accumulated on the seedling bracket, the lower end of the scraper easily deforms and the soil on the seedling bracket is removed when the seedling carrying platform moves in the left-and-right direction.
