The present invention relates to an oral complex composition comprising sodium hyaluronate and an antioxidant material with high popularity as a material for skin moisturization and, more specifically, to a composition comprising a natural antioxidant material so as to add antioxidant activity to a single agent of the conventional sodium hyaluronate. Antioxidant materials such as placentin, a green tea extract, and vitamin C provide a DPPH free radical with electron and stabilize a free radical which is a cause of oxidation, thereby having antioxidant activity. In addition, the present invention can reduce inconvenience for dosing an additional antioxidant medicine as combining an antioxidant material besides sodium hyaluronate.
