The traction apparatus of cervical vertebrae according to the present invention is a structure that pulls the head of a patient that is placed on a head support block in the forward and backward directions while the neck of the patient is floating by the recess part of a shoulder support block. So, when a neck support part is in direct contact with the neck of the patient and is pulled up vertically like the existing invention, the space between intervertebral discs is widened and the pressure applied to the upper and lower intervertebral joint surfaces is reduced. As a result, it is possible to reduce cervical pain and radiating pain related to cervical spine. The traction apparatus includes an angle adjusting support plate, an upper body, a head slide part, and a vertical backward driving part.본 발명의 경추 견인장치는, 환자의 목부분이 어깨받침블록의 함몰부에 의해 떠있는 상태에서 머리받침블록에 안착된 머리를 전후 방향으로 견인하는 구조이기 때문에 종래와 같이 환자의 목부분에 목받침부가 직접 접촉되어 상하방향으로 높여서 견인할 때 추간과 추간의 공간이 넓어지고 상, 하추간 관절면에 가해지는 압력이 감소하게 되어 결국에는 경추 통증과 경추 관련 방사통을 감소할 수 있는 것임.
