PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment instrument realizing favorable treatment of femoral fracture.SOLUTION: A femoral fracture treatment instrument 1 comprises: a fixation plate 2 in an elongate shape two proximal connectors 3 detachably attached to the fixation plate 2 and extending obliquely upward from the fixation plate 2 and a distal connector 5 attached to the fixation plate 2 below the two proximal connectors 3 and extending obliquely upward from the fixation plate 2. The distal connector 5 and the two proximal connectors 3 are arranged to form an inverted triangle with the distal connector 3 as the bottom apex. The fixation plate 2 has an extension part 20, which extends further below the distal connector 5 and is applied to a diaphysis 14 of a femur 10.
