The present invention provides: a pharmaceutical composition, a food composition and a cosmetic composition for preventing or treating metabolic disorders, containing any one selected from the group consisting of sphingosine-1-phosphate, a sphingosine-1-phosphate promoter and a material increasing the expression of Sphk2 and a method for screening for a material for preventing or treating metabolic disorders by using the mechanism.
