The present invention relates to a patch composition containing gold nano-rods. When skin temperature rises by 10C, the absorbency of a drug or functional cosmetic composition can increase three times due to expanded skin pores. Accordingly, the patch composition can induce the light emitting effects of the gold nano-rods by using a near-infrared LED light source to raise the skin temperature, being 30C in average, up to 40C, thereby increasing the delivery efficiency of the beneficial substances into the skin. By inducing the light emitting effects, the blood circulation in the human body can be promoted while maintaining the optimal body temperature state. The patch composition can discharge the heavy metals from the human body and alleviate skin pain while deodorizing, purifying, and detoxing the skin as well as preventing harmful bacteria or fungus from affecting the human body.본 발명은 금 나노로드를 함유하는 패치 조성물에 관한 것이다. 피부온도가 약 10℃ 상승하면 확장된 피부 모공을 통하여 약물 또는 기능성 화장료의 흡수력이 약 3배 이상 증가하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 따라서 본 발명의 패치 조성물을 이용해 근적외선 LED 광원을 이용하여 금나노막대의 광열효과를 유도함으로써 평균 약 30℃의 피부온도를 약 40℃까지 상승시켜 피부 내로의 유용성 물질의 전달효율을 증가시키는 효과를 용이하게 유도할 수 있다. 또한 이러한 광열효과의 유도를 통해 인체의 혈액 순환을 촉진하며 최적의 체온 상태를 유지시켜 주고 체내 중금속 배출, 피부 통증, 탈취, 정화, 해독에도 영향을 줄 수 있으며 인체에 유해한 세균이나 곰팡이 서식을 방지하는 효과를 유도할 수 있다.
