Phage displayed recombinant antibody library was developed and the library was screened against VEGFR-2. After screening and ELISA experiments two recombinant antibodies showing binding properties to VEGFR-2 was obtained. The difference of the two recombinant antibodies to the recombinant antibodies already developed was demonstrated by DNA sequence analysis. The inhibition effect of the two recombinant antibodies on endothelial cell proliferation was demonstrated with cell assays. Thus these recombinant antibodies might be used as VEGF related angiogenesis inhibitors.Dans le cadre de linvention, une banque danticorps recombinants présentés sur phages a été élaborée et criblée en fonction du VEGFR-2. Après le criblage et des expériences ELISA, deux anticorps recombinants présentant des propriétés de liaison au VEGFR-2 ont été obtenus. La différence de ces deux anticorps recombinants par rapport aux anticorps recombinants déjà mis au point a été démontrée par analyse de leurs séquences ADN. Leffet dinhibition des deux anticorps recombinants selon linvention sur la prolifération des cellules endothéliales a été démontré par des dosages cellulaires. Ces anticorps recombinants pourraient, par conséquent, être utilisés à titre dinhibiteurs de langiogenèse associée au VEGF.
