PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization management indicator in which there is no temporal change in long period preservation, medical instruments are not contaminated in sterilization prcessing, and no consideration is needed to a method for discarding.SOLUTION: Sterilization management indicators 1, 3, 5, 7 is constituted such that stress concentration parts are formed by arranging cutout parts 2a, 2b, 4a, 4b, 6, 8 in bodies of thermoplastic resin whose glass transition temperature is at least a sterilization temperature. The history (temperature, humidity, time) of in the sterilization process is determined by measuring residual strain at stress concentration positions by creep (cols flow) under a high temperature and high humidity atmosphere in the sterilization management indicators 1, 3, 5, 7, consequently there is no concern to contaminate the medical instruments in the sterilization process because there is no temporal change an any chemical substance is not used even in the postprocessing in a long period preservation.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】長期保存において経時変化がなく、滅菌過程で医療機器を汚損することがなく、廃棄方法に特別な配慮を不要とする。
