A plurality of vegetation holes (38) through which the plants (s) set in the soil (s) are formed in the cover (30), and cover filter holes (40) are formed between the vegetation holes (38) at locations corresponding to the body filter holes (28). Multi-filters (60) penetrate the body filter holes (28), the cover filter holes (40), and the soil (s). A support tubular body (52) forms an outer appearance of the multi-filter (50), and a filtering case (60) is installed in the support tubular body (52). The filtering case (60) includes a first filtering part (66) and a microorganism filtering part (68). A microorganism sheet (59) may be further included to surround the support tubular body (52).
