According to an embodiment of the present invention, a medical apparatus comprises an elastic compensation member for providing, to a first link rotating around a first rotary shaft capable of moving a position of a display apparatus, torque in the opposite direction to compensate torque applied by a weight of the display apparatus. One end of the elastic compensation member can have a changed position on the first link while the display apparatus is moved by supporting the one end of the elastic compensation member to an additional rotatable support unit without fixing to the first link in order to minimize a change in a length of the elastic compensation member regardless of the movement of the display apparatus.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 의료 기기는, 디스플레이 장치의 위치 이동이 가능하도록 제1 회전축을 기준으로 회전하는 제1 링크에, 디스플레이 장치의 하중에 의해 작용하는 토크를 보상하기 위하여 반대 방향으로 토크를 제공하는 탄성 보상 부재를 포함하되, 디스플레이 장치의 이동에도 불구하고, 탄성 보상 부재의 길이 변화를 최소화시키기 위하여, 탄성 보상 부재의 일 단부를, 제1 링크에 고정하지 않고, 별도의 회전 가능한 지지부에 지지시킴으로써, 디스플레이 장치가 이동되는 동안, 탄성 보상 부재의 일 단부가 제1 링크에 대해 위치 이동될 수 있다.
