PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exothermic implement hard to peel even if a wearer is operated in a state that the exothermic implement is attached to clothing.
SOLUTION: The exothermic implement 10 includes a first surface 13 having air permeability, a second surface 14 and the exothermic part 11 arranged between these surfaces 13 and 14. First and second sticking parts 16a and 16b for fixing the exothermic implement 10 to the clothing are provided to the outer side of the second surface 14. A pair of the first sticking parts 16a are positioned at both ends in the lateral direction X of the exothermic implement 10 so as to be provided over the total length in the vertical direction Y of the exothermic implement 10. The second sticking parts 16b are positioned between the first sticking parts 16a and extended in the X-direction so that the upper and lower edges of them do not reach the upper and lower edges of the exothermic implement 10. The first and second sticking parts 16a and 16b are separated from each other.
