The invention relates to a juicer (100) comprising: - an enclosure (20) defining a receiving cavity (24) for a fluid-containing pressing product (10), and an opening for introducing the product to squeeze into the cavity； and - a cannula (50) having a first end (52) disposed in the cavity for engagement with the product to be squeezed, a second end (54) disposed outside the cavity, and a through opening (58) extending between the first and second ends. The invention is characterized in that the juicer further comprises an expandable membrane (80) for surrounding the product to be squeezed in the cavity, and inflation means configured to inflate the expandable membrane, so as to compress the squeezing product fitted on the first end of the cannula to extract the fluid out of the cavity.
