The present invention relates to microspheres which are produced from poly(amino oxalate) (PAOX) using oxalyl chloride, 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol, and piperazinediethanol, so as to be used as a drug carrier. The PAOX according to the present invention is a polymer which has all three properties of biodegradability, biocompatibility, and cationic properties, and also has appropriate hydrophobicity, and thus can be produced into microspheres for inducing the immediate release of drugs. In addition, the microspheres may improve intracellular drug delivery efficiency, and therefore may be effectively used as a drug carrier in treating acute inflammatory diseases such as acute liver failure and acute pneumonia.Cette invention concerne des microsphères qui sont produites à partir d'un poly(amino oxalate) (PAOX) à l'aide de chlorure d'oxalyle, 1,4-cyclohexane- diméthanol, et pipérazinediéthanol, en vue d'être utilisées à titre de vecteur médicamenteux. Le PAOX selon cette invention est un polymère qui a les trois propriétés de biodégradabilité, biocompatibilité, et cationicité, et est également doué d'une hydrophobicité appropriée, et peut par conséquent être converti en microsphères pour induire la libération immédiate des médicaments. De plus, les microsphères peuvent améliorer l'administration intracellulaire des médicaments, et peuvent par conséquent être efficacement utilisées à titre de vecteur médicamenteux pour traiter les maladies inflammatoires aiguës telles que l'insuffisance hépatique aiguë et la pneumonie aiguë.본 발명은 옥살릴 클로라이드 (oxalyl chloride), 1,4-사이클로헥산디메탄올 (1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol) 및 피페라진디에탄올 (piperazinediethanol)을 이용하여 PAOX (poly(amino oxalate)를 제조하고 이를 미립구로 제조하여 약물전달체로 활용하는 것에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 PAOX는 생분해성, 생체적합성, 양이온성 등 세 가지 특성을 동시에 지니고 있는 고분자로서 적절한 소수성을 지니고 있는바, 약물의 빠른 방출을 유도하는 미립구로 제조될 수 있다. 또한 상기 미립구는 약물의 세포 내 전달효율을 향상시킴으로써, 급성 간부전, 급성 폐렴 등 급성 염증성 질환을 치료하는 데 있어 약물전달체로서 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
