The tenon (1) has a tenon head (2) prolonged by an intra-radicular rod (3) intended to be impacted in a root of a tooth to be reconstructed. The head is intended to receive impression paste and comprising a retention and positioning unit that includes a retention projection (7a) or an upper projection. The projection is prolonged toward an upper end (12) of the head by a truncated portion (8a), which forms a guide ramp facilitating introduction of the tenon into a dental cavity while the projection allows retention of removal of impression.Tenon de reconstitution d'une dent (1) constitué par une tête de tenon (2) prolongée par une tige intra-radiculaire (3) destiné à être impactée dans la racine de la dent à reconstruire, la tête de tenon (2) étant destinée à recevoir la pâte d'empreinte et comportant à cet effet des moyens de rétention et de positionnement dans celles-ci, ces moyens étant constitués par au moins une saillie de rétention (7, 7a, 7b), caractérisé en ce que la saillie (7, 7a, 7b) est prolongée vers l'extrémité (12) de la tête de tenon (2) par une portion tronconique (8, 8a, 8b) qui forme une rampe de guidage facilitant l'introduction dans l'empreinte dentaire, tandis que chacune des saillies (7, 7a, 7b) constitue la retenue au retrait de l'empreinte.
