PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance imaging device capable of aligning a phase encoding direction of each imaging cross section even when a plurality of imaging cross sections are obliquely set.SOLUTION: The magnetic resonance imaging device includes a first setting part and a second setting part. The first setting part sets an imaging cross section about an object part of an analyte to be an imaging object. The second setting part sets a phase encoding direction of the imaging cross section on the basis of a reference direction while maintaining a spatial inclination to the imaging cross section set by the first setting part.
