The waveform regulating part is configured to regulate the waveform in the irregular pattern by having at least one feature of the drive gear teeth be different from the rest of the drive gear teeth, the at least one feature being selected from the group consisting of a pressure angle, a pitch, a torsion angle, a tooth profile shape and a tooth trace shape.
