A system for predicting occurrence of a tree disease according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a storage unit for receiving and storing first moisture information of a tree, which is measured by a first moisture measurement sensor disposed on the tree, and second moisture information of soil, which is measured by a second moisture measurement sensor disposed in the soil in which the tree is located； and a tree disease-occurrence prediction unit for predicting whether a tree disease is to occur, on the basis of the first moisture information and the second moisture information.
