A lactic acid or cell lysate bacterium, derivative, mutant or combination thereof, in which the microorganism, cell lysate, derivative, mutant or combination thereof can be coaggregated with at least one pathogenic microorganism, the pathogenic microorganism being selected from the group comprising Staphylococcus aureus or Pseudomonas aeruginosa and wherein the lactic acid bacteria is selected from the group comprising the following microorganisms deposited in the German Collection of Microorganisms and Cell Cultures under the number DSM 25906, DSM 25907, DSM 25908, DSM 25909, DSM 25910, DSM 25911, DSM 25912, DSM 25913, DSM 25914 and DSMZ 25915.Una bacteria de ácido láctico o lisado celular, derivado, mutante o combinación de los mismos, en la que el microorganismo, lisado celular, derivado, mutante o combinación de los mismos puede coagregarse con al menos un microorganismo patógeno, seleccionándose el microorganismo patógeno del grupo que comprende Staphylococcus aureus o Pseudomonas aeruginosa y en donde la bacteria de ácido láctico se selecciona del grupo que comprende los siguientes microorganismos depositados en la Colección Alemana de Microorganismos y Cultivos Celulares con el número DSM 25906, DSM 25907, DSM 25908, DSM 25909, DSM 25910, DSM 25911, DSM 25912 , DSM 25913, DSM 25914 y DSMZ 25915.
