According to the present invention, the composition comprising delphinidin as an active ingredient is extracted from a natural material, can minimize toxicity in vivo and side effects compared to a chemical compound, inhibits proliferation and migratory properties of an epithelial ovary cancer cell, increases the number of dead cells in an epithelial ovary cancer cell strain in a dose-dependent manner, and can obtain a synergy effect of cell death when the composition is treated together with a target inhibitor, which inhibits a PI3K, ERK1/2 or P38 signal transmission path, or an anticancer chemical treatment agent such as cisplatin and paclitaxel.
