PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for fixing an overtube capable of reliably transmitting the rotation of an endoscope to an overtube 30.SOLUTION: A fixing member 20 is fixed to a distal end 14 of the endoscope. A convex portion 22 is formed in the longitudinal direction of the outer peripheral surface of the fixing member 20. A groove 32 having a predetermined length is formed in the longitudinal direction on an insertion path 31 of the overtube 30. When the endoscope distal end 14 having the fixing member 20 fixed thereto is inserted into the insertion path 31 of the overtube 30, the convex portion 22 formed on the fixing member 20 fixed on the endoscope enters into the groove 32 formed on the insertion path 31 of the overtube 30.
