PURPOSE: A dental floss with length adjustment knots is provided to adjust length of the dental floss without tie the knot. CONSTITUTION: A dental floss with length adjustment knots comprises a fixed knot and a movable knot which enable users to adjust the length of the dental floss. 2 or more of the dental flosses contact with each other to form the movable knot and the movable knot is only transferable on the dental floss.
