The present invention relates to drinking water using bamboo, bamboo leaves, and bamboo roots and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing drinking water which contains bamboo, bamboo leaves, and bamboo roots as main ingredients and additionally contains cassia, corn, and barley.
