The water dripping and draining unit, wherein in the dripper unit accommodates the dripper which is pierced and fixed in the insert pipe, the pipe with the help of sealant and locking screws it is fixed for leak proof and grip. Many units can be cascaded. When the pressurized water is supplied, the water drips through the dripper and leaves via sand and gravel filter and through the perforated bottom of the unit to the sub soil. In the drainer unit a NRV is introduced to the insert pipe and which is not throughout as in water dripping unit in which one end is closed and this drainer unit is directly connected to the main supply line. While pumping NRV closes water will not be allowed and is normally open the percolated rain water again percolates through the perforated bottom of the unit and return to main pipeline through NO-NRV.
