Embodiments of the present disclosure include an endoscope tip assembly for use with an endoscope during a procedure. The endoscope tip assembly may include a base configured to receive an endoscope top that is configured to remain on the endoscope top during a procedure. The endoscope tip assembly may also include a plurality of struts connected by webbing, wherein the plurality of struts may fold flat upon insertion and assume a balloon-like shape upon retrieval.
