PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing base capable of easily fixing an endoscope body and a treatment instrument in an easily-operable state and easily increasing/decreasing the number thereof.SOLUTION: The fixing base includes leg parts, and a fixing base body erecting from the leg parts, and can detachably mount at least one of an endoscope body of an endoscope for use in a surgery and an operation part of a treatment instrument. The endoscope body and the operation part are mounted to fixing tools juxtaposed in a substantially horizontal direction to the installation direction of the fixing base.
