In a beverage composition for relieving hangover, it is manufactured by putting a pharmaceutical mixture which is selected, weighed, and cleansed 50 to 60 wt% of Plantago asiatica； 5 to 10 wt% of Lycium chinense； 5 to 10 wt% of Hovenia dulcis； 1 to 5 wt% of Angelica gigas； 1 to 5 wt% of Illicium verum； 1 to 5 wt% of Asparagus cochinchinensis； 1 to 5 wt% of Morus alba； 1 to 5 wt% of Morus alba leaves； 1 to 5 wt% of Cinnamomum verum； and 1 to 5 wt% of Cirsium japonicum leaves, into an extraction tank, followed by adding purified water to be 7 to 9 times (v/w) of total weight and extracted for 8 to 10 hours at 100 to 120 °；C to extract a hot water extract and then filtering the same.
