The present invention relates to an eco-friendly direct seeder using a rice planter, wherein a rotary work and a mulching work are performed through an operation of a rice planter and rice seeds are seeded in the rice field passing through a mulched mulching film through an operation of a rice planting part of the rice planter, thereby smoothly fixing the rice seeds in the rice field, suppressing the generation of weeds, and minimizing the use of agricultural chemical due to the removal of weeds. The present invention comprises: a rotary unit installed below a body of a rice planter and plowing the rice field to be smooth and flat； a mulching unit installed below the body of the rice planter to be disposed at the rear of the rotary unit and unwinding a wound mulching film to mulch the rice field； and a seeding unit disposed between a rear portion of the mulching unit and a rice planting part of the rice planter, and simultaneously mulching the mulching film and seeding rice seeds in the rice field passing through the mulching film.본 발명은 이앙기의 작동에 의해 로터리작업 및 멀칭작업을 수행하면서 동시에 이앙기의 모이식부의 작동에 의해 멀칭된 멀핑필름을 관통하여 논에 볍씨를 파종함으로써, 볍씨를 원활하게 논에 정착시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 잡초 발생을 억제하면서 잡초제거에 따른 농약 사용을 최소화할 수 있는 이앙기를 이용한 친환경 볍씨 직파기에 관한 것으로, 이앙기의 차체 하부에 장착되어 논바닥을 갈아 부드럽게 하면서 평탄하게 하는 로터리수단； 로터리수단의 후방에 배치되도록 이앙기의 차체 하부에 장착되어 권취된 멀칭필름을 풀어 논바닥에 멀칭되게 하는 멀칭수단； 및 멀칭수단의 후방과 이앙기의 모이식부 사이에 배치되고 모이식부의 작동에 의해 멀칭필름의 멀칭과 동시에 멀칭필름을 관통하여 볍씨를 논바닥에 파종되게 하는 볍씨파종수단；을 포함한다.
