PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telescopic rod that enables acquisition of guide setting having smooth flow of a fishing line from a reel to an ear tip.SOLUTION: A telescopic rod with a floating guide includes a spool-shaped floating guide 31 with a guide frame being spooled and fixed in a mounting cylinder and non-spool-shaped floating guides 21, 22, 23 where the guide frame and the mounting cylinder are consolidated without using wound yarn.
