For the treatment of the Descemet's membrane (DM) detachment in the preoperative period, an optical coherent tomography of the anterior segment (aOCT) is performed in the vertical position of the patient's body with determining DM detachment and descemetotomy. Treatment of DM detachment is carried out under the control of intraoperative aOCT in the horizontal position of the patient's body, additionally detecting the lower boundary of the cavity between the DM and the corneal stroma and, accordingly, the DM maximum stress area.
