PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus mounting a coronary reserve capacity evaluation support system capable of reducing burden on an operator in evaluating a coronary reserve capacity by transthoracic echocardiography, shortening a coronary reserve capacity diagnostic time, and raising through-put, and to provide a control program for the Doppler ultrasonography apparatus.SOLUTION: The Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus 100 transmits ultrasonic wave to a subject, receives a reflection signal against the subject, detecting a Doppler signal, acquiring blood flow information expressing the maximum coronary flow velocity of the subject, and displays blood flow information respectively before/after administering a medicine to the subject in a display part 15. At least the velocity ranges are adjusted concerning the respective blood flow information before/after administering the medicine to the subject. Then, a plurality of kinds of acquired image data different in velocity range are fully adjusted to be in the same velocity range during ultrasonic scanning in the subject. A system control part 19 allows the display part 15 to display the plurality of kinds of image data adjusted to be in the same velocity range.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】経胸壁心エコーにて冠予備能を評価する際の操作者の負担を軽減し、冠予備能診断時間を短縮してスループットを上げる冠予備能評価支援システムを搭載した超音波ドプラ診断装置及び超音波ドプラ診断装置の制御プログラムを提供することである。【解決手段】超音波ドプラ診断装置100は、被検体に対して超音波を送信し、該被検体からその反射信号を受信してドプラ信号を検出し、前記被検体の冠血流最大流速を表す血流情報を得て、前記被検体の薬物投与前後のそれぞれの血流情報を表示部15に表示する。そして、被検体の薬物投与前後のそれぞれの血流情報の少なくとも速度レンジを調整し、前記被検体への超音波スキャン中に、取得した複数枚の速度レンジが異なる画像データに対して、全てを同一の速度レンジに調整する。システム制御部19では、同一の速度レンジに調整された複数の画像データを表示部15に表示させる。【選択図】 図1
