Herein is reported a composition for the targeted delivery of large nucleic acids to the nucleus of a eukaryotic cell comprising non-covalent complexes of histones in form of assembled nucleosomes, a large nucleic acid, a hapten, and a bispecific binder that has a first binding specificity to the hapten and a second binding specificity to a cell-surface target present on the eukaryotic cell, wherein the histone and/or the nucleic acid is/are covalently bound/conjugated to the hapten, the histone and the large nucleic acid are associated (non-covalently) with each other/form a non-covalent complex, and the hapten and the bispecific binder are associated with each other/bound to each other by the first binding specificity of the bispecific binder.La présente invention concerne une composition d'administration ciblée de grands acides nucléiques au noyau d'une cellule eucaryote comprenant des complexes non covalents d'histones sous la forme de nucléosomes assemblés, un grand acide nucléique, un haptène, et un liant bispécifique qui présente une première spécificité de liaison à l'haptène et une seconde spécificité de liaison à une cible surface cellulaire présente sur la cellule eucaryote, l'histone et/ou l'acide nucléique étant lié-s/conjugué-s de manière covalente à l'haptène, l'histone et le grand acide nucléique étant associés (non de manière covalente) à chaque autre/forme d'un complexe non covalent, et l'haptène et le liant bispécifique étant associés l'un à l'autre/liés l'un à l'autre par la première spécificité de liaison du liant bispécifique.
