The recombinant thrombolytic enzyme of the present invention may be effectively used for the treatment and prevention of thrombosis or similar diseases.본 발명은 비브리오 프루니씨(Vibrio furnissii) 유래의 재조합 혈전분해 효소, 상기 재조합 혈전분해 효소를 유효성분으로 함유하는 혈전분해용 조성물, 상기 조성물을 혈전을 포함하고 있는 개체에 처리하여 혈전을 분해하는 방법, 상기 재조합 혈전분해 효소를 코딩하는 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터로 형질전환된 재조합 미생물을 이용하여 재조합 혈전분해 효소를 생산하는 방법, 상기 방법에 의해 생산된 재조합 혈전분해 효소, 상기 재조합 혈전분해 효소를 유효성분으로 포함하는 혈전증의 예방 또는 개선용 건강기능식품 조성물 및 약학 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 재조합 혈전분해 효소는 혈전증 또는 이와 유사한 질환의 치료 및 예방에 효과적으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
